An exciting opportunity exists for Junior Account Manager to join our team in our Kensington office.

You will join a warm desk and a supportive account management team which will provide you structured training and guidance. This role will be a blend of business development and account management taking you out of the office to allow you to actively pursue your desired clients.

Get ready to put the hard hat on and walk on site to deal with your clients facet to face!


The role:

• Create and maintain new and existing relationships
• Actively seek and identify new business and/or sales opportunities
• Organise and attend meetings with clients
• Negotiate rates with clients
• Achieve KPI’s and overall company targets
• Promote, maintain and enhance JV brand
• Provide assistance and guidance to account managers and resourcers

Ideal Candidate:  
 
Recruitment or sales background ideal but not essential

• Knowledge or exposure to the construction or civil industries
• Confident with talking to people
• Valid Australian Drivers license
• Tenacious approach to reaching targets
• Highly motivated, persistent and driven to succeed
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Able to show initiative be able to find solutions and resolve problems

Salary & Opportunity: Our salary and commission structure is compatible to none. You will receive a competitive salary, commission, 6 weeks annual leave and on the job training in a thriving team environment.
