A rare and exciting opportunity is available for an energetic, motivated and personable individual to join our supportive team environment in the trainee position of Sales Cadet at our Newstead showroom.
In this position, you will learn the inner workings of a Sales Department within an Automotive Dealership and develop the necessary skills to provide exemplary and prestigious customer service. Through 'hands on' learning you will be mentored and coached to grow your selling skills whilst obtaining in depth knowledge of the Alfa Romeo & FIAT product range.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent organisational skills with a passion for the Automotive Industry and the vehicles we represent. The successful candidate will enjoy a challenge and will be motivated to sell and succeed. The willingness to learn and follow direction is an absolute must for this position.
Applicants must hold a valid driver's license and drive both automatic and manual transmission.
In return, we offer a 5-day week rotating roster, ongoing product training, management support, career development opportunities, and an uncapped commission structure.
