The Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven New Business Development Manager to join our team. We currently have a vacancy within our Restaurants and Café (RECA) channel as well as our Immediate Consumption (IC) channel within South Australia.
In this role you will identify and convert new business opportunities that deliver long term growth and brand recognition across the state for our sensational portfolio of brands including Coca-Cola, Mount Franklin, Barista Bros, Feral Brewing, Jim beam & Canadian Club.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Achieving new business wins within the defined channel and territory
- Grow profitable, long term volume within new business throughout the State
- Collaborate with wider Amatil business to explore new business opportunities.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders
- Develop networks across the industry and customer base
- Manage and demonstrate ‘Pipeline’ management of long and short-term opportunities
- Negotiate new business contracts/ tenders in line with business process
About You
You will be a go-getter with a great attitude. You enjoy meeting people, understanding customer ‘s needs and closing deals. You will also enjoy working with a fun team and be able to manage pipelines and work towards targets. Your confidence and tenacious approach, together with high integrity and resilience will ensure you succeed.
To be successful in this role you will also be able to demonstrate:
- Passion for wanting work with Coca-Cola and a passion to market our fantastic product range
- Strong track record in face to face sales, converting leads and winning new business
- Exceptional negotiation skills and ability to influence at all levels- prior experience negotiating contracts, tenders and service agreements would be highly desirable
- Able to demonstrate a high level of initiative and entrepreneurship to drive business results
- Be skilled at developing exceptional business relationships with customers and internal stakeholders across the Amatil business
- Commercially and financially astute and ability to develop compelling business proposals which link together with our strategies
