Experienced Business Manager . Finance & Insurance Sales 

Bundaberg Motor Group is part of the Pickering's Automotive Group and is Widebays largest franchise vehicle dealership. The principal purpose of the role is to provide customers with finance and insurance needs for their vehicle purchases by delivering an exceptional guest experience. At Bundaberg Motor Group our customers are treated like guests and we live the Pickering's values by treating all our customers with enthusiasm and respect. All our guests have different needs, so the ability to communicate effectively with all types of people will be the key to success in this role. An outstanding opportunity exists for a career-oriented individual as a business / finance / insurance manager working with and leading our close-knit team of professionals.  You will be responsible for providing finance and insurance products for our new and used vehicle customers, developing relationships with customers and fellow staff to maximise all leads and referrals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Proactively identifying new business opportunities and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers to ensure market-leading customer service, commensurate with the brand, is delivered.
  2. The role of the Finance and Insurance Business Manager is to work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve a range of sales objectives
  3. Achieving set sales targets and pursuing profitable growth opportunities
  4. Accounting for monies received on vehicles & products
  5. Adopt and maintain our sales system which recognises and enforces concepts that lead to repeat buyers, referrals and provides customer satisfaction
  6. Forecasting, reporting and budget management
