A lot about you:

You will be a passionate and vibrant Account Manager who is looking for a new challenge. You will be a real people person and will be customer focused!

You will effectively manage the clients in the allocated territory and develop new business opportunities. In this role, you will create and communicate value to our clients and their businesses in order to commercialise and grow sales revenue. Your responsibilities include reaching set targets and increasing revenue streams through selling digital platforms and the up-selling of products.

What your day will look like:

• Meeting and exceeding revenue and volume budgets
• Developing market share
• Representing Domain professionally and effectively
• Identifying opportunities including new business and up-sells of digital products
• Attending client meetings and appointments
• Generating leads and new business
• Assisting in the finalisation of print bookings
• Conducting client presentations
• Developing industry and client relationships
• Providing excellence in customer service and professionally handling client interactions
• Professionally liaise with Advertising agencies
• Negotiating agreements with clients
• Gathering market, client and industry intelligence
• Maintaining accurate and up to date client information
• Professionally liaising with Advertising agencies

We would love you to have:

• High level of sales and customer service experience
• Experience within Real Estate and/or media/advertising industries is highly desired
• Excellent telephone and communication skills
• A strong ability to build and maintain relationships
• Excellent time management skills
• A valid WA drivers licence and a reliable vehicle
