As a result of exciting growth, there is an opportunity for an enthusiastic, highly motivated, experienced and dedicated person to manage our showroom in Gepps X.
About the role
This role will see you manage the day to day running of our showroom as well as coordinating ordering and deliveries, and ensuring that our customers are provided with the highest level of service every time they visit the store.
As our showroom manager, you would be responsible for:
- Driving sales and exceeding store KPI targets
- Processing kitchen orders
- Creating an exceptional experience of customer service
- Business Development
- Raising brand awareness
- Managing client expectations
- Time management
- Social Media Management

Skills and experience
- Highly driven sales background within management
- Able to achieve and work towards KPI's and sale budgets
- Driven to provide the best in customer service
- Flexibility around weekend work is a must as this role is Tuesday - Saturday
- A great eye for visuals and a desire to help people create the best possible kitchens for their home
- A desire to grow within the company
- Tech savvy and ability to adapt to new systems
- Design experience on computers is a benefit
