TShopBiz is one of Australia's largest Telstra Licencees with two Telstra Business Centres and five Telstra Retail Stores across the Sunshine Coast, Brisbane and Wide Bay regions. Join our Telesales team on the Sunshine Coast where sales opportunities come to you! This outbound call centre sales role will see you exposed to 100’s of sales leads every week. Our Brisbane East Telesales team is award winning and arguably the best in the business and we expect our Sunshine Coast team will also achieve great things.
What you should know:
- This is a Full Time role
- Sales targets and KPI based role so experience working towards targets and KPIs is essential.
- Motivated team members will be rewarded generously; the OTE is un-capped.

- Telecommunications experience is desired; experience selling Telstra business and/or consumer products is highly regarded.
- Full training will be provided to new team members
The tasks:
- Outbound telesales for a major corporate account
- Conduct an analysis of customer needs and make recommendations on appropriate technical solutions or selling opportunities
- Quote prices and credit terms, record orders, complete sales contracts and arrange deliveries
- Provide expert business and consumer product knowledge to our customers regarding communication and information such as the NBN, mobiles, fixed, etc.
- Assist customers in the use of information systems or products provided
- Create and maintain relationships with local businesses and customers
- In addition to qualifying sales opportunities, this role from time to time is responsible for handling customer service enquiries, and orders that come through the central business phone line.
