We now have full-time and part-time opportunities for an energetic, customer-centric and sales driven Showroom Consultants to join our teams in Sydney's western suburbs. As a Showroom Consultant, you will play a key role in ensuring Tradelink is the first choice for all customers. Reporting to the Branch Manager you will:

• Provide exceptional face-to-face customer service as part of our Tradelink branch team
• Develop a genuine understanding of your customers’ needs to assist with product selection
• Provide customised quotations and promote our extensive range of products
• Manage a small group of trade customers to achieve sales growth

What are we looking for?

• A passion for providing exceptional customer service and support
• Experience in a showroom/sales environment – any industry
• An organised and efficient working manner with strong administrative skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Previous plumbing/hardware experience will be very highly regarded – not essential
