Why the role exists

Mesh has three core products that are sought after solutions for businesses in various sectors, Australia wide. There are significant opportunities to leverage our product offering to the existing enquiries which are generated by our marketing campaign.

Your responsibilities will include

  • Working with existing leads to discover their needs, converting them to customers and ensuring a smooth sales process

  • Although we have a strong digital marketing campaign, you will be required to also generate your own leads

  • Negotiate contract with prospective clients

  • For larger opportunities, you may need to visit prospective customers

  • Meeting or exceeding sales goals

To be successful in the role, you will demonstrate the following skills and experience

  • Experienced in telecommunication sales, preferably business related

  • Passion for technology

  • Understanding of sales process and dynamics

  • Commitment to excellent customer service

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Superb interpersonal skills including the ability to quickly build rapport with customers.

  • Although not crucial, but a basic knowledge of IP PBX and networking would be favourable
