South Australia's most highly awarded luxury boutique 5 star Hotel is seeking a vibrant and motivated Sales Coordinator to join our Sales and Marketing team.
The Sales & Marketing Coordinator is a key role in the sales team and will assist the Director of Sales & Marketing, Business Development Manager and the sales team in securing and maximising conference, corporate, wedding and social events business as well as associated room nights, through full administrative support.
The role will involve reactive and proactive sales activities including but not limited to coordination of sales activities, proposals, contracts, invoices, run sheets, accurate follow up and reporting whilst managing the sales team’s calendars, site inspections, client events, interstate travel, sales trips, tradeshows and new projects.
We require a motivated, dynamic, sales professional with minimum two years’ experience in a similar hotel role, with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.The successful candidate will be a team player and possess a strong sense of initiative, enthusiasm and confidence with a willingness to learn and exceed expectations.
