The Organisation:
Our client identifies the needs of children and young people as their number one priority. They offer a range of programs and services including supervision, transportation, mentoring and respite care. More recently, they have also introduced disability services.
Located in Silverwater, you’ll have the opportunity to work in an agile environment with a dynamic and energetic team, although this role will see work autonomously and on the road, covering metro Sydney and areas in NSW. You'll also enjoy a flat org structure, supportive leadership and a company car.
Your Mission:
Contributing to the strategic growth of the business, this role will see you develop relationships with NGOs, government agencies and service providers who support youth and the disabled. Using your research and market analysis skills, you will proactively uncover client needs and provide effective solutions.
About You:
You won't need like-for-like experience for this role, but definitely transferable skills. You might be looking to find more purpose in your work and you love building and maintaining relationships. Naturally, you're a sharp communicator, you have a strategic mindset with the ability to stay self-motivated and work autonomously. You'll also need a driver's license and if successful you'll need to have clear background checks.
