About the role
Camnet is currently expanding and we are looking for experienced Sales Managers or ambitious and successful sales professionals from our industry to manage and grow a team of sales professionals. This is a full time role and requires a highly motivated and sales astute individual.
What you would be doing
The main things that you would be doing include:
- Establish, develop and maintain positive customer relationships
- Analyse existing/potential customer needs
- Present, promote and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Track sales and provide status reports
- Ensure the swift resolution of customer problems and complaints
- Keep abreast of best practices in market and communicate trends back to the business
- Manager and motivate and be accountable for a team of up to 8 sales professionals.
Who we’re looking for
We’re looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:
- 5 years of experience in a similar role from the copier printer industry (do not apply without this experience)
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
- Proven ability to build positive professional relationships with clients and proven track record of growing a sales team and achieving targets.
- Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
- Proven willingness to learn and improve
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
