What You’ll Do
- Strategic account management of a key client
- Stakeholder management in a matrix style environment
- Delivery of a customer led strategy
- Deliver key initiatives and projects to optimise client services and profitability
- Set, track and monitor key deliverables, targets and KPI's within client patnership
What We Need
- 7 years or more experience in strategic Account Management
- Experience in Financial Services and/orTravel Insurance
- Ability to communicate clearly and influence decisions in a complex matrix environment, and within partner organisations
- Track record in project management and creating efficiences
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills
- An innovative and entreprenurial mindset
