We are currently seeking a dynamic and energetic Business Manager to join our dedicated and hard-working team.

We are willing to consider individuals from a diverse range of industries (retail, software, medical etc.) and candidates demonstrating stability and multiple promotions from ground up within one company will be viewed favorably.  As will your energy and leadership skills developed in business or social environments.  If you are looking to progress your career in sales and are committed to learning this role could provide you with an excellent career path.

You will be mentored and receive whatever support is required to enable you to take responsibility for sales development.  You will manage customer enquiries/expectations and ensuring that targets and growth strategies are achieved.  Approximately 70% of your activity will relate to management of existing business and 30% new sales. All existing customer have the potential to be upsold to more sophisticated items and services.   

The right candidate will possess the following skills, experience and personal attributes:

  • Customer first mentality
  • Dynamic, resilient and proactive character with the ability to work autonomously
  • Demonstrated ability to execute sales plans in the areas account management and business development
  • Previous experience successfully negotiating commercial contracts
  • Experience working with tender processes will be well regarded
  • Ability to deliver customer-focused solutions  in a fast-moving, competitive environment
  • Experience in a business-to-business sales, selling to multiple stakeholder environments like healthcare
  • Proven pro-active sales planning to ensure maximum benefit from sales calls 
  • Polished and presentable with the ability to liaise with and manage a large network of contacts within Hospitals/Government sector focused on specialised areas of clinical waste management.
  • Excellent planning and administrative abilities
