What you will be delivering

Victorians are changing the way they consume and generate energy and if anything customers are becoming more confused about where their energy comes from and how to control it.  We want to ensure that AusNet Services well positioned in the energy chain – visible to our customers where needed and supporting them where not.  We want a deep understanding of the current & future needs of our customers so that we can deliver a seamless experience. 

This role will be at the forefront of managing relationships with other players in the ‘energy chain’ – including retailers and others as needed, and secondly working with business owners to develop proactive relationships with Commercial & industrial customers.

The successful candidate will have a deep customer focus, issues resolution & relationship building.

Duties:

  • Form strategic relationships that can improve our delivery to the end customer
  • Understand the customer issues and prioritise areas for improvement with other players in the energy chain
  • Be part of the team that influences how we construct our customer journeys
  • Work at all times to make the world simple for our customers. 
  • Be innovative and creative in customer thinking. 
  • Assist with the development of business strategies, guidelines & principles and business cases
  • Understand the issues facing each customer and the objectives of the business owners in these relationships
