Throughout Sydney’s North and South West the company offers high quality new homes, but also ensures all customers receive immaculate customer service and guidance throughout the buying process.
With 100’s of new homes being built annually, there is plenty of business being generated and a lot of commission to be made!
ABOUT THE ROLE
As the new home sales consultant, you will be responsible for continually driving the sales and performance of the business. You will be responsible for converting warm leads and heavy foot traffic into new sales, while being the face of the company dealing personally and professionally with clients to make their experience, one they will remember!
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
- Previous sales experience is essential, but does not need to be from residential construction
- Self-motivation and drive to succeed and earn $$$
- The ambition to exceed your own goals and targets
- Proactively establish new sales networks and build on existing ones
- Knowledge of residential construction legislation and design
- Ability to work autonomously and achieve set targets
- Be flexible, in your availability and always deliver exceptional customer service
