About the role
 
Our client is an Australian business that provides workplace products into a large variety of organisations across the country. With consistent growth across the organisation, the need has arisen for an experienced and commercially driven Key Account Manager to join the company, to assist with the significant increase of new accounts within the business of late.
 
Duties
  • Take full accountability & responsibility for your portfolio of accounts
  • Provide feedback, reporting, strategic recommendations & an exceptional solutions-based service to each of your customers to drive portfolio growth
  • Liaise with a multitude of stakeholders, both customer-side and internally
  • Have the ability to commercially dissect a customers’ needs & sell a solution in line with their motivations & business goals
  • Ultimately, take full ownership of each of the accounts within your portfolio & be measured on the growth within that portfolio
 
Skills and Experience
  • Very strong account management experience from within a B2B environment
  • Proven track record in driving portfolio growth through strategic conversations with customers
  • Ability to work with a variety of stakeholders
  • Passionate about delivering high level customer service to drive results
  • Capability of sustaining strong client relationships within internal stakeholders
