Company
Our client is a market leader in Australia for the provision of high end commercial furniture products. They have offices across the country and are suppliers of high end commercial fit out related furniture. They have created this new role to assist their project management staff coordinate and deliver on varied commercial furniture projects in Australia.
Role
In this fast paced administration focused role you will work closely with the project management teams in Sydney and Melbourne. Your role will include coordinating and managing the administrative and contract side of the projects such as invoicing, logistics, contracts administration and sales order processing. You will be the linchpin between the sales and project management teams and will also have client interaction on certain projects. You will liaise via email and phone with clients and internal staff and will be required to think on your feet and problem solve. The role is varied and will require the ability to work towards deadlines and under pressure in certain situations.
Skills & Responsibilities
We are seeking applicants who can demonstrate the following skills;
- Strong administration / sales support and/or project coordination skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to problem solve and think on your feet.
- Previous experience in the furniture or fit out industry highly regarded.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to pick things up quickly.
- Stable track record of employment and desire to build a career in project administration / management down the track.
