AHG is currently seeking an experienced New Car Sales Manager to join our dynamic team at Melville Mitsubishi. Reporting to the Dealer Principal this role will be responsible for the overall management of the New Car Sales Department, ensuring that the operations are both efficient and profitable, and to ensure that good employee/client relations are maintained whilst operating within ethical guidelines.
 
Duties will include:

• Establish, manage and control a sales system that includes effective prospecting, demonstration, and customer handling, closing and vehicle delivery programs.
• Ensure budget gross profit and sales objectives are achieved.
• Contribute to the profitability of the New Vehicle Sales Department through the sale of new vehicles, finance and insurance and dealer “add-ons”.
• Approve deals presented by New Vehicle Consultants.

Key Qualifications and essential Criteria:

• Solid experience in a sales management role
• Yard Managers Licence
• Sales Licences
• Manual Drivers Licence
• Motivated and driven
• Leadership skills
• Ability to meet KPI’s and targets
• A willingness to maintain superior product knowledge
