My client is looking for a self-starter that knows how to manage people and mentor a team, someone that can coach and train and establish strong sales and growth.

OVERVIEW

You will be responsible for partnering in the evolving development of all aspects of the travel sales team. You will be primarily responsible for the direct management of a team of Travel Sales Consultants and the achievement of the annual sales budget assigned to the group.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage sales team to drive direct revenue through inbound activities (calls, emails, etc) and other leads management activities
• Develop and implement sales strategy and goals in collaboration with management.
• Coach sales professionals to follow a consistent sales process with the objective of maximizing leads/calls conversion rate reflecting the highest level of service.
• Identify opportunities for increased performance and quality, foster continued growth of department by exceeding set goals.
• Support the maintenance and compliance of an annual operating budget.
• Execute strategy and measure results, providing management with monthly progress and goal reports, maintaining regular dialogue with senior management regarding consumer sales performance.
• Closely coordinate with other departments to maximize Consumer Sales effectiveness and efficiency
• Partner with IT in driving the development and/or implementation of technology efficient tools to meet business needs and enhancements.

THE PACKAGE:

A retainer to $80,000 + Super on offer (Depending on experience)

Monthly bonus is on offer if successful with KPI's and targets.
