This prestigious, market leading IT services company offers specialist expertise in the area of professional services (incl staff augmentation), consulting, managed services, infrastructure & applications outsourcing, systems integration, cloud, DevOps and customised applications development. With strong national presence they partner with the world's leading global technology vendors. As a result of a number of high profile, well publicised business wins over the past 12 months they are looking for a top performing Business Development Director in Victoria.

Reporting to the General Manager Sales, as the Business Development Director you will be responsible for the identification and closure of large, complex outsourcing, managed and professional services deals into the millions of dollars. Working with the local and national technology Practices you will develop profitable CxO level relationships with new and existing enterprise customers across the Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, Utilities and FMCG/Retail sectors. You will proactively identify new opportunities by leveraging the company's internal (on-shire and off-shore) and external resources to include IT vendors and service providers.

Ideally tertiary qualified in business or computer sciences you will be a successful Business Development Director with more than ten years demonstrated track record of selling IT services - managed services/Cloud, applications development, staff augmentation, outsourcing etc within the Australian enterprise market. You will have previous experience of personally winning deals into the millions of dollars as a proven "Hunter" and relationship manager. Your superior commercial acumen will enable you to influence key stakeholders and forge strong relationships throughout your customers' business. A background working for a tier 1 local or international Systems Integrator, IT solutions provider/consulting form or Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) provider is mandatory.
