About the role

We are looking for a highly enthusiastic person with a proven background in achieving sales budgets and going beyond the norm. Focussing on new business development you will specifically be charged with identifying and securing new business opportunities in TBR product. Leveraging your diverse skills and experience you will drive sales budget achievement and superior service delivery. You will be based at our Wetherill Park office in NSW in a role that can offer you the chance to manage and advance your career.

About you

You should be able to demonstrate credible, robust sales experience and the talent and tenacity we need to drive growth and take Bridgestone to the next level. Negotiation skills as well as the ability to influence and sell to a wide range of customers are critical to your success in this role.   

  • Strong selling and negotiation skills
  • The ability to identify and secure new business opportunities
  • Effective relationship management and the ability to quickly build rapport and engage with key stakeholders and major commercial fleet accounts within your territory
  • An ability and willingness to travel
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation and time management skills
