The Business Development Manager will drive new business development by targeting clients across a range of industries, from large corporates to exhibition organisers and event agencies, selling the company's range of event services. This includes equipment hire, visual displays, custom exhibition stands, shell scheme, and even event design and theming.


From corporate events to exhibitions to conferences, this company has it covered! While the role will have a focus on new business, there is also a thriving portfolio of existing clients to nurture and grow. These clients are global brands from household names in the confectionery, sporting, and IT industry to luxury motorcar companies! Their custom builds are creative, eye-catching, and help their clients make an impact at trade shows, festivals, and events.


To be considered for this role, you will need to demonstrate the following:




  • Successful track record of new business sales in the exhibitions or print industry

  • Proven ability to manage a sales pipeline from lead generation through to project execution Collaborative approach, equally dedicated to managing internal relationships as to external clients An upbeat personality

  • High energy and enthusiasm

  • Full Australian Drivers license
