EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Cloud Voice & Data are a well establish Telstra Enterprise Partner looking to grow its rapidly expanding client base. We are seeking an experienced Telstra Account Manager to join our highly dynamic and motivated team. The right candidate will have sales experience along with an understanding of and experience with Telstra’s processing systems to join

The role is full-time permanent. A competitive salary and commissions structure is on offer for the right candidate.

The Role:          

In the role of Telstra Account Manager your main duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Desk side management and processing of our existing clients services.
  • Work with existing sales team to identify and build new business opportunities.
  • Provide account management support to Business Development Managers and the Service Centre to completion of large projects through:
    • Provision New Orders for mobility, and Broadband services
    • Perform Adds/Moves/Changes on Client Accounts
    • Respond to customer requests within a specified time frame
    • Ensure a high level of client satisfaction through frequent order status updates and friendly communication during service delivery
    • Provide clear and accurate information to client and suppliers
    • Provide great clients service on inbound/outbound calls and via email
    • Perform administration tasks as required
    • Supporting the senior sales  team with Mobile fleet analysis and processing.

 

  • You Experience (preferred but not essential):
    • Telstra business mobile processing tools – MNC, Helpdesk, ALL4BIZ.
    • Telstra NBN Online ordering Tool (OOT) – (TBB & DOT)
    • Proactive phone sales & account management for small to medium mobile fleets
    • Understanding of Telstra bill analysis and associated products

 

  • Your core skills:
    • Quick learner of new technology & processes
    • Proven effective oral and written communication skills.
    • Demonstrated good interpersonal skills and the ability to work as a member of a team.
    • Must have strong interpersonal skills; good telephone manner and an ability to analyse and prioritise an issue.

An attractive base salary + Super + Tools of the trade.  In addition to an outstanding commission structure you will work alongside knowledgeable and high performing individuals.
