We are looking for a team player with proven experience within a booking consultant environment. You must have a genuine interest to build rapport with our clients from their first communication with you, sharing in the planning of their photographic experience, assisting them to visualize the right products for them, and providing quotations.

We love animals, in-fact you will often find a pet or two in the office under a desk or on a keyboard. So to work here you MUST love animals and really understand what it means to have pets as family members.

You must be empathic, have compassion and listen to what our clients are saying to you.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Answering all incoming calls including sales and booking enquiries via telephone and email.
  • Client Diary Management including:

·       Exciting clients

·       Listening to their needs

·       Asking questions that emote and promote conversation

·       Securing studio session appointments (via inbound & outbound sales call enquiries)

·       Managing rescheduled appointments

·       Providing quotations & educating clients on what they need to know so they can make  informed decisions 

·       Sending out follow up appointment information packs

·       Managing follow up and reminder calls

 

  • Making outbound calls to prospective clients from our sales lead database.
  • Client order and sales lead database management. 
  • Managing and attending weekend industry related exhibition shows as required. 
  • Attending to other adhoc duties where required.
