About the role
Reporting to the NSW Sales Manager, your role will be to drive 3S Lighting market share growth and brand awareness into the specification market and further develop relationships across new and existing business accounts across Sydney.
We are looking for a highly motivated and driven sales professional with proven successful track records of sales and excellent customer service skills.
You must have a positive can-do attitude, initiative and outstanding planning and organisational skills.
What you would be doing
Achieve sales targets by growing existing business and developing new business.
Build effective relationships with key customers.
Demonstrate clear customer focus and continually strive to improve.
Analyse market share and implement sales strategies to increase market share.
Analyse and understand competitor activities and strategies in marketplace.
Actively working to deliver appropriate solution to your customers
Actively plan and engage with customers to uncover new business opportunities.
Actively prospect new clients to increase 3S Lighting market share.

Who we’re looking for

5+ years B2B sales experience
Extremely driven, motivated and ability to show own initiative.
Ability to build rapport and engage customers.
