We currently have a new opportunity for a Sales Consultant to join our highly successful Sales division in WA. The Residential Division is made up of Master Planned Communities, Apartments, Design, Sales & Marketing and Operations. In the Residential sector Mirvac stands firmly at the forefront of innovation and quality, creating exceptional living environments in the best locations in Australia's capital cities. We continue to set the pace for architectural excellence in developing apartment buildings and a socially-aware approach to the creation of new suburbs and subdivisions in Master Planned Communities.

 

This role will report directly to the Sales Manager for WA Master Planned Communities and you will implement sales strategies across projects and product lines to achieve sales rates in line with project feasibilities and sales targets as well as maintaining Mirvac’s reputation.

 

Your duties will include, but not limited to:

  • Develop new business opportunities and maintain close relationships with current accounts
  • Achieve sales rates as determined by Sales Manager
  • Implement project launch strategies in conjunction with Marketing
  • Ensure display suites and sales offices are in accordance with organisational brand and quality standards
  • Build market and competitor knowledge through research and networking
  • Maintain current legal knowledge (i.e. contracts, procedures, legal representation)
  • Implement strategies as per customer and pricing feedback
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity and report relevant changes to management
  • Assist in the evaluation and reporting of sales and advertising activities as required

 

The Person:

  • 1-3+ years sales experience in off plan residential housing or residential land development sector preferred
  • Strong industry knowledge and established industry networks
  • Solid commercial / financial/ legal/ compliance acumen
  • High level personal presentation
  • Current Real Estate License – Sales Representative Registration
  • Strong database management skills
  • Adequate computer proficiency
