You'll already be working in a Sales or Account Management environment where you are providing awesome customer service to your clients. Your background may even be in retail sales, hospitality or banking and are now ready to step up to the next level and provide a professional service to client’s whilst growing your career at the same time.
  
We are working with the Telstra Business Centre to track down an Account Manager who has loads of energy, a strong attention to detail, and one who not only can sell but more importantly LISTEN to what clients are telling them in order to provide a top level of customer service in order to sell the required communication solutions to them.
  
The Telstra Business Centre not only provide their clients with excellent service but they also ensure their team are able to come into an environment where they feel appreciated and have an enjoyable workplace. The business owners pride themselves on looking after their staff and you may not know this but they are a private, family owned business.
  
Your role as an Account Manager is to find out how clients businesses operate and assist them by providing a solution from Telstra that will add value to their business.
  
You will be backed by their experienced management team along with their Sales Manager, Sales support and IT Technicians. Previous IT or Telco experience is a bonus, but not required as they will provide on the job training for the right person with the right attitude.
  
You will be predominately receiving inbound and outbound calls and the best things about this is that you will be working from an existing database and won’t have to worry about doing the leg work to track down businesses. You will be able to quickly build rapport with clients to grow and develop business and to ensure a healthy and functional partnership for now and the future.
