This is a great opportunity to join a rapidly growing organisation and play a key role in their Customer Success practice as they continue to take the ANZ market by storm. This role could suit a strong sales person looking at making a move in to Customer Success or an existing CSM looking for a new challenge.

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with clients to ensure the successful utilization of the product suite
Develop and deliver a roadmap to success
Be the point of contact between customers and the business to product roadmap
Become an SME and champion for the product

Experience Required:

6 years + experience in account management/sales
Understand enterprise clients needs
Technical background is a must
