Key responsibilities:
- Researching and cold calling prospective clients to explain the core value proposition and competitive advantages.
- Booking new business appointments for the Business Development Managers to attend meetings with the clients
- Engaging & building rapport with the customer
- Meeting your KPIs and targets
- Generate new leads through research and industry knowledge
- Promptly call all inbound leads generated by a number of marketing channels.
- Actively use Salesforce to maintain the CRM database.
- Some experience in business development and/or sales industry is beneficial but not required
- Strong interpersonal and telephone skills
- Ability to influence and persuade
- The hunger to succeed and learn
- Ability to fit in and contribute to the client's dynamic and fun team environment
