Here's what you'll be doing:
  • Working with an experienced account manager you'll be understanding client requirements for contract and permanent staff. That means you'll be learning about a wide range of roles, business requirements, and ICT projects
  • You'll identify suitable candidates for those roles. Here you'll be writing ads for Seek, searching on our database, LinkedIn, and other networks. This means a combination of phone and reaching out via email. Working with candidates to understand how their experience would potentially fit the requirements, you'll shortlist and present the best  candidates with the account manager
  • Preparing candidates for interviews, managing logistics and negotiating offers. Finally completing onboarding paperwork and following up with candidate care after they start.
  • Building networks of top performers via industry events, meet ups and training

What's next?

You don't need to have experience in recruitment. Some of our top performers both here in QLD and nationally started in this role with no prior experience.

What is important is that you've worked in roles that had similar outcomes as the four points above and that you can show a pattern of achievement.
