This person will be going out and selling the products of one of our clients biggest and best vendors.

The company

This company is a well known IT distributor that has been growing nationally as well as around the globe. With a selection of Vendors and Channel Partners they are set up very well to keep this growth up. With IT becoming commercialised their main focus is on new and cutting edge technology solutions and only work with vendors that are at the for front of the market and always coming up with great ideas.

About the role

This person will be going out and selling the products of one of our clients biggest and best vendors. You will be out on the road as much as possible, having conversations, opening up opportunities and of course closing as much business as possible! This would suit someone who has invested interest in IT & Technology and wants to work with cutting edge products and of course join the sales team of one of the worlds leading distributers. There wont be much cold calling but this is still a full focused sales role and need that hunter attitude!

Duties

  • Closing as much business as possible
  • Following up on hot leads
  • Being proactive
  • Maintaining pipeline and keeping track of this
  • Become an expert in your area
  • Hit and exceeding your targets
  • Holding internal and external meetings

Skills and experience

  • 1+ year in a sales role
  • A degree in IT or something related
  • An ability to be autonomous
  • Being driven is key in this role; they only want people who want to do well!
  • A driving license
