The Company

Our client is a leading provider of network solutions and distributions within the fibre optic, communications and CCTV space. They have been leading the way since 2002 doing their own research and development on site and they are the largest independantly owned distributor in their space, with branches across NSW, WA & QLD this company is an innovator in the marketplace.

 

The Role

Reporting to the Branch Manager, the purpose of the Sales Representative role is to go out and generate new work selling CCTV products across NSW. This position is required to understand each clients unique needs, and recommend a range of products to suit their business needs.

 

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Proactively follow up incoming sales leads and build relationships with existing and prospective clients
  • Regularly meet with clients to further understand their business requirements; have your presence known as a trusted advisor and partner to their business
  • Be able to source new opportunities within NSW
  • Using a solutions sales approach, evaluate and communicate risk to clients and develop long term plans for customers to improve their business through the implementation of a variety of CCTV products
  • Regularly research and stay up to date with new industry regulations and product releases

 

Experience Required

A suitable candidate for this role may come from a sales or business development background from either a distributor or a security integrator.

Further experience required is as follows:

  • Strong product knowledge of CCTV products
  • A self driven and highly autonomous work ethic
  • The proven ability to connect and build relationships with multiple people across a business
