THE ROLE
Full-time B2C sales role for LED and Solar Systems in the commercial and industrial sector.
Responsibilities and KPI include:
- Sales of LED and Solar systems through Government subsidies
- Direct sales, product delivery, payment collection and follow up.
- Learning product specifications and proactively applying to customer needs
- Achieving cold call targets to prospective customers by visiting in person
- Achieving sales targets and monitoring sales budgets
- Following company sales and customer service procedures
- Accurate use of CRM and invoicing systems
- Making regular product presentations at meetings
- Building and maintaining excellent, proactive customer service
- Preparing reports as required by the management team
- Monitoring and reporting on competitor activity and client feedback
- Consistent client follow up, solution focused response to enquiries and providing a high level of customer service via phone, email and in person
- Researching, planning and actively pursuing business opportunities and relationships on a daily basis to increase turnover. Tailoring business development strategies in line with market and client requirements
THE PERSON
Motivated individual with a strong entrepreneurial spirit who is able to clearly demonstrate the following:
- High level of skills and expertise in cold calling and telemarketing
- Demonstrated skills in using sales and CRM software, MS Word, Outlook and Excel
- Good track record and ability to make connections easily in local market
- High level of skills in managing and exceeding customer expectations
- Excellent time management
- Experience in managing competing priorities and working independently
- Able to take a planned approach while managing a dynamic sales role
- Experience in sales and strong networking and communication skills
- The ability to interact and build good business relationships within the corporate AND trade environment .
