Area Manager – Donut King

• Victorian based field opportunity with interstate travel to Tasmania required
• ASX listed company

Our Donut King field operations team are looking for energetic, motivated and business minded individual to join their field team as an Area Manager in this newly created position.  
  
The successful applicant will assist our Franchise Partner’s in areas including but not limited to:

• Store profitability
• Compliance to brand and system stands
• Sales growth and budgeting
• Staff training
• Management practices
• National and Local Area Marketing initiatives

You will also be responsible for:

• Territory development
• Ensuring debtors compliance
• Providing reports and feedback to your Regional Manager

Ideally you have been previously employed in a similar role with experience in profit and loss, local area marketing, training and time management. Franchising or retail industry experience is highly regarded, along with the ability to build relationships and having empathy and understanding of small business ownership.
  
We will train you! Comprehensive on-site training is provided during the first weeks of employment, followed by in field training within your own territory.
