With over 1500 properties under management and working within beautiful purpose built offices, they have a great culture of high performers and industry specialists.

About the role

They now require a Business Development Manager to assist with taking their business further.

This role involves researching, sourcing and recognising opportunities to develop business for their property management portfolio.  

This pro-active role requires someone extremely hungry and driven in order to cold call, seek out relationships with industry providers and follow up potential opportunities until an outcome is achieved.

You will have the support of a dynamic leader and will receive a base salary package plus generous commission.

Skills and experience

A proven track record in business development is essential, along with providing evidence of creative ways you have sourced business opportunities and driven business growth.

Real Estate and/or Property experience is ideal however not essential.

The successful applicant will be required to complete their Agents Representative Certificate and have a reliable car.
