Account Manager - Building Products

Reporting to the General Manager – Sales an opportunity exists for an Account Manager to manage the Melbourne metropolitan to drive revenue, meet customer expectations and exceed agreed budgets. You will have full autonomy of your territory to promote the features and benefits of your product range to the Residential i.e. Kitchen, Walls, Bathrooms and Doors i.e. Commercial – Hotels, Retail and Restaurants, while utilising your customer service skills to close sales.

You will be required to:

• Consult and engage at all levels of an organisation to build and develop appropriate solutions
• Create sustainable relationships within the industry to build on both reputation and results
• Promote the features and benefits of your décor products to residential and commercial customers
• Achieve sales targets while ensuring the highest level of customer service
• Implement and negotiate sales strategies to increase revenue of your territory
• Ensure ongoing & reliable customer satisfaction through time management
• Understand company processes to ensure consistency across the business.

You will be provided with a fully maintained company vehicle, tools of the trade, superannuation and be paid a competitive salary with a bonus structure to attract the right person.
