About the role

We are dynamic Australian skincare company and rapidly growing. An opportunity has become available for a Direct Marketing Sales Person to join the team to success.

What you would be doing

The main things that you would be doing include:

• Present, promote, sampling, demonstration and sell skincare products to prospective customers in shopping centre kiosks
• Establish, develop and positive customer relationship
• Analyse existing/potential customer needs
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
• Track sales and provide status reports

We’re looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:

• Well presented with a bright and engaging personality.
• The desire to reach and exceed targets.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to converse with customers through effective communication and confidence.
• Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
• Proven willingness to learn and improve
• Previous experience in direct sales, retail sales and/or customer service is desirable but not essential.
• Driver's License preferable
