About the role
As an Autobarn Assistant Store Manager you will assist the Store Manager to drive a team of passionate and energetic people to be customer focused and service focused. You will assist the Store Manager to motivate and support your team in achieving sales targets, as well as ensuring your store achieves a high level of customer service from greeting to farewell of each customer.

We are looking for applicants with experience in the following areas:
- Inventory Management – including rostering, receipting, dead stock and maintaining a core range
- A flair for retail merchandising and running in store promotions
- Exceptional communication, people and delegation skills
- People Management, including recruitment, rostering, training, personal development and succession management
- Ability to learn new procedures and systems
- Upholding Workplace Health & Safety Standards
