Job Description:
The Sales Development Representative, Outbound (SDR) role will prepare you for an exciting and rewarding sales career in a highly competitive technology & Salesforce Ecosystem.
This role will give you hands-on experience developing and building your sales skills while building your product knowledge and contributing to the company’s success.
The skills acquired in the SDR role are critical for your success as you transition into a quota carrying role. The SDRs are tasked with researching, developing and qualifying revenue opportunities within their assigned territory. SDR's will work closely with their Account Executives in order to target and qualify prospects.
Responsibilities:
- Warm leads through Salesforce - This product is a plug in to the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Conduct high level conversations with Senior Executives across Australia.
- Create and prioritise strategic target account lists within a defined territory with the help of Salesforce.
- Generate new business opportunities for your Account Executive to fuel the Sales Pipeline
- Learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of products and technologies, competitors, industry trends
Requirements:
- A minimum of 1 year solution sales experience - Business to Business (Software is a big plus)
- Highly motivated, tenacious, and a self-starter with proven experience in Outbound Prospecting.
- Have a true passion to join the technology industry.

SALARY ON OFFER
Up to $70k + Super + uncapped comms
$110k OTE
Base is dependant on experience
