Based in North Ryde this company is a global leader in Business Solutions, servicing Corporate and Government customers Australia wide. They are one of the most recognised brands in the industry and are known for the high quality of service to their customers. 

Due to ongoing company success and expansion an exciting opportunity has become available to join this top performing and high energy sales team. You will be a 'Co-ordinator', responsible for setting appointments for the sales team to go out and develop new business. 

Typical activities would include;

  • Setting appointments for the sales team (Outbound 75% & Inbound calls 25% ) from warm leads which are generated through a variety of marketing campaigns
  • Completing surveys with existing clients & data cleansing 
  • Reviewing your own Sales Performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets
In a nutshell, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying sales opportunities and setting appointments for business development managers to close the deal!

Skills/ Experience
  • Telesales - Ideally minimum 3-6months, B2C or B2B highly regarded
  • Excellent communication, with an ability to think on your feet 
  • A driven and positive attitude
  • Attention to detail, accurate note taking ability
  • Professional & polished appearance 
  • Permanent Residency or a working holiday visa with at least 5 months left
  • Experience using "Salesforce" as a CRM is highly regarded
