Role of Business Development Manager

  • You would be expected to build new business/ open new accounts- targeting small business owners and offer a solution to increase business performance
  • You will be responsible for building relationships with owners and seek to understand their business needs and offer solutions
  • You will be responsible for running and attending events
  • You will responsible for over achieving yearly KPI’s/ budgets
  • You will be based out on the road
  • You will work closely with internal stakeholders
  • You will report into the General Manager


The successful candidate will:

  • Have minimum 1 year solution/ service sales experience
  • Have experience dealing with small business owners and franchise businesses
  • Have a proven track record in building new business
  • Have a hunger and desire to achieve results
  • Have strong business and commercial acumen
  • Have excellent communication skills
  • Have the ability to work in a collaborative, fast paced and agile environment
