About the role

Our CSR's are involved in maintaining high levels of customer service through exceptional communication. The role also handles inbound sales enquiries and processing orders for regular clientele.

The right person will be comfortable helping peers & customers, and communication and customer service comes first.

Skills and experience

  • A general understanding of business practices, ideally within the print/signage industry.
  • Have some sales expereince in B2B or B2C.
  • Possess good verbal & written communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude in a busy environment while multi tasking.
  • You are a consistent worker, able to work well within a team, proactive, remain focused under pressure, and can prioritise your time efficiently.
