About the role

The Partner Success Manager (PSM) is responsible for engaging, retaining and driving our partner renewals through our new and existing product offerings. The PSM completes the post-sales life-cycle for WalkMe's portfolio of partners, serving as the advocate for each partner and accelerating the expansion of WalkMe within each account. 

The PSM is Responsible for:

  • Serving as the trusted point of contact for WalkMe's portfolio of partners, beginning from the point of sale and extending through onboarding, project success, and renewals.
  • Proactively engaging each account to ensure that every WalkMe functionality and offering is being leveraged, maximizing the value of each WalkMe subscription  
  • Working cohesively with professional services and sales to ensure seamless on-boarding and deployment
  • Thinking of outside the box ways that WalkMe can increase renewals and drive long term partner success.  A proactive approach is taken for each account were cross-selling and up-selling is made a priority.

Skills and experience

  • A high calibre individual, experienced in operational management level discussions
  • 5+ years consulting experience, preferably from a top tier consulting firm or a top tier ISV
  • Training experience (and in general the ability to build and deliver educational sessions)
  • Enterprise application background
  • Technical savviness (Preferably in web technologies)
  • Mother tongue level English – Both oral and written.
  • Advantage – Domain expertise (CRM, HRIS, ITMS)
  • Advantage – Experienced in a SaaS delivery model
  • Team player with the highest level of integrity. This is a WalkMe core value.
  • 2-4+ years of direct partner advocacy and engagement experience in post-sales support, or equivalent experience in professional services, project management or account management functions in Fortune 1000, mid-tier, and/or start-up companies.
  • 2+ years of experience in Sales Force Automation (SFA), Sales process, and/ or partner Relationship Management (CRM) preferred
  • Natural proactive nature who works to curb reactive behaviors and go above and beyond the call of duty but approaches all situations with and empathetic and patient  manner.
  • Ability to understand partner requirements, identify, upsell and cross-sell opportunities to deepen penetration of WalkMe solution within partner environment.
  • Experience in an enterprise solution sales environment and ability to partner with account executives in development and closure of sales opportunities is preferred.
  • Highly data-driven with a commitment to process. Excited about driving and tracking a consistent engagement process with all partners in your portfolio.
