About the Role

Reporting into the Sales and Services Manager, this role plays an integral part in the continued growth of sales revenue to fund the sustainability of St John NSW programs in the community. The Field Service and Sales Representative will work within a defined territory area in the Sydney area. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering service excellence and have some knowledge of working in a growing and vibrant not-for profit organisation.  If you would like to see your career make a true impact, please read the following:

 

Key challenges within this role will include:
 

▪      Contributing to the business growth, success and achievement of agreed sales budgets by developing and creating first aid solutions across our extensive portfolio of products

▪      Responsibility for the sales of all St John products and services to existing and new corporate customers

▪      Undertaking first aid assessments and servicing for customers as required by existing and new contracts

▪      Promotion of services and products including oxygen servicing, Defibrillators and first aid training

▪      Restocking first aid kits that include cleaning kits, removal and disposal of expired or damaged content, replacing product and selling in new product lines to ensure kits comply with WHS Code of Practice requirements

▪      Conducting first aid assessments and inspecting first aid rooms

▪      Provision of advice to customer on WHS Codes of Practice compliance

▪      Building positive customer relationships and professional service to both internal and external customers

 

Our Ideal Candidate will have:

▪      Current NSW driver’s licence with an excellent driving record

▪      Demonstrated ability in managing a territory and working with KPIs and sales targets

▪      Excellent sales and relationship building capabilities 

▪      Energy and commitment to delivering a premium service to customers

▪      Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks

▪      A record of successful sales results and outcomes in business to business sales

▪      Strong PC and administration skills using CRM/Salesforce cloud-based software
