Here's your challenge for 2018 and beyond. Tech SaaS Start-up of the year. Heavily penetrating the market with TIER ONE Enterprise Clients wanting more and more!

Help my client build & be a part of a new sales team in the Sydney and work at a global level.

Realistically, this is not a fit for someone with a big company mentality. You'll only thrive here if you have previously worked in a start-up environment and/or led an early stage SaaS sales team and established the necessary sales infrastructure for it to succeed. I am looking for a DOER! Someone who will be happy to roll up their sleeves and understands they will apart of something BIG!

It is this mindset that will allow you to get in on the ground floor of a well-funded Sydney -based start-up and help them take it to the next level. Your core mission will be to help the Commercial Directors & enterprise brands overcome their challenges with my clients SaaS platform and managed services offerings.

The role in a snapshot!

As the Enterprise BDM - based in Melbourne - your initial challenge will be to learn as much as you can about their solutions and offerings (alongside the presales team). You will then be required to attend new business meeting alongside with your dedicated pre-sales consultant. Your meetings will also initially be set up by your dedicated lean gen/inside sales representative.

However, being a start-up you will also need to use your initiative to go after tier one businesses locally & globally.
This role will also require you to travel to states a couple of times a year to open up doors there.

Requirements:

  • A proven track record in SaaS sales - Any Software experience will be considered.
  • 5+ years of progressively challenging roles will be critical to your success.
  • Your desire to succeed beyond measure and be on the ground floor and see the impact of your efforts are the key indicators that make this a perfect role for you.
  • A entrepreneurial mindset, strategic focus and be willing to work within a role without much sales process already created.
  • DRIVE, HUNGER, SELF STARTER, INTELLIGENCE, OVER ACHIEVER.

Salary on offer

$75k + S + HIGH Commission

Salary negotiable depending on experience.
