This is a great opportunity to work locally for a global leader in the dynamic IT industry. Insight is a leading global provider of IT solutions for Enterprise and Public Sector clients. Our Sales Support team supports our clients on a day to day basis with advice on orders and quotes.
The role is exciting and challenging and includes:
- Day to day service to clients
- Processing orders & quotes
- Answering enquiries regarding products, pricing, availability and volume licensing
- Acting as the first point of contact for defined customers on product enquiries
- Interacting with other departments to resolve customer issues
- Responding to customer enquiries efficiently
To be successful in this role you will possess strong customer service, Microsoft Office and data entry skills. In addition you will demonstrate initiative and possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to juggle many tasks simultaneously.
We are ideally seeking someone with previous experience working for an IT distributor or vendor. Applicants with Microsoft Licensing experience will be highly regarded, although training will be provided.
