We are seeking applications from experienced sales professionals that can demonstrate previous sales success in retirement or a similar industry.
Karidis Retirement Villages is a proudly South Australian owned and operated business. Our aim is to create well-designed retirement villages in great locations that provide the ultimate in independence, combined with the strong bonds of community life.
We currently have over 500 independent living units across 12 sites in South Australia and Victoria. Future growth plans include an additional 200 units.
Due to continual growth, we are seeking an experienced State Sales Manager to lead our South Australian team and deliver sales across our Retirement Village developments.
This role is directly responsible for the management and leadership of the Sales Consultants in South Australia, maximising sales and overseeing effective day-to-day sales operations. Supported by a corporate marketing department, you will be a part of a strong management team looking to drive the business forward.
You will have:
- Proven experience in sales management
- Previous experience in retirement villages, property, real estate or aged care
- A solid understanding of sales and marketing concepts
- The ability to engage with the community and generate quality leads by creating events and other activities in the Villages
- Demonstrated success identifying prospects and effectively managing a database
- Setting and achieving sales targets
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Working knowledge and application of relevant legislation
