We have a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to join our Internal Sales Team.
Working closely with and reporting to our Internal Sales Manager, the successful candidate's key responsibilities will include;
- Increasing product sales and distribution via inbound and outbound telephone calls
- Deliver excellence in all aspects of customer service
- Business & relationship development across our customer base, inclusive of a designated sales territory
- Provide an absolute 'first class' Planet Health experience for our customers
- Offer outstanding sales support to the Internal Sales Manager & National Sales Team
- Planning, follow up, database management including CRM
Your key strengths include;
- An A1 'can do' attitude, combined with an ability to thrive in a team environment
- Proven sales skills and experience, ideally with experience in a similar role
- Clear communication skills including a positive and friendly phone manner,
- An ability to identify, then optimize sales opportunities by executing added value
- Efficient and accurate data entry skills, with a strong eye for detail.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM platforms (experience with Attaché BI, Opmetrix or Shopify also an advantage).
- Energy, drive, enthusiasm, an exceptional work ethic
- A passion for natural health
