About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity available for an experienced, talented & self-driven Branch Manager to join our office in Queensland representing the 3 Business Units within the FAAC Group. The Branch Manager's role is responsible for the day-to-day operations, sales, staff development, as well as leading and planning all strategic market activities within the branch.
The brands within the FAAC Group include: Magnetic Automation, FAAC Simply Automatic, HUB Parking Technology and Centsys. This position is located in Loganholme and works very closely with the 3 National Business Unit Managers.
Duties & Responsibilities
The main responsibilities of this role include:
- Maximise Branch sales through strong leadership, superior customer service and analysis of local markets.
- Monitoring sales and gross margin versus budget, including regular monthly forecasting.
- Develop strategic projected sales plans for the Branch.
- Act as a key liaison for major QLD clients;
- Lead, mentor and develop Branch employees.
Skills & Experience
The successful candidate will have:
- A strong sales focused & networking background within Queensland.
- Demonstrated experience in achieving sales targets, developing business relationships, managing budgets and leading employees.
- Established experience within the Pedestrian and Vehicular Access Control Industry.
- 3 to 5 years experience within a similar position.
